Help! I recommended Lastpass to my client and we are currently on trial. She was able to share via lastpass last week then today I am not receiving any emails when she shared via lastpass. I have no idea why. Please help! Thank you!
Thanks for giving that a try. Could you have the person sharing the item to you delete that pending shared item, thenboth you AND the person sharing the passwords to you try these steps and then re-share the item to you to see if you can then accept and/or see it in your Vault Sharing Center?
Yes, I can still see all her shared item with me last week. But since yesterday, she tried to share some via lastpass again and I do not receive any email. My vault does not also have any pending items. Only the ones shared to me a few days ago are there.
