Hi Scott, thanks for getting back with me.

Checking folder permissions: I can't find where in the settings to check permissions. I did create all passwords within my own account (under the only existing identity "ALL"), so I assume I'm the "admin". However, I haven't found where to verify this.

Re-Logging into my account: Unfortunately, this is one of the actions that causes the issue.

for background and diagnosing:

* operating system is Mac OS X 14.6.1
* browser Chrome & Firefox (Safari seems to work as intended, however our company uses Chrome/Google) - tried both general window and private/incognito - tried with and without the browser extension
* When first opening the browser and logging into LastPass, all items in my Vault appear in their appropriately organized folders. Initially, I can click the wrench icon to see that password's details (as expected). However, if that window is disturbed in any way (refreshed, auto-logout/in, etc), the wrench icon stops working.
* It seems to be cookie related, but in a weird way I can't pinpoint. If I completely clear cookies, the wrench icon (and password details) works initially, but breaks anytime the page refreshes. Then I have to completely restart the computer (not just browser) or clear all cookies to get it working again. Refreshing the page, closing the entire window, and even quitting the browser and starting fresh does not solve the issue.
* Logging out of LastPass and logging back in also does not remedy the issue (until I completely shut down the browser and reopen/login again)
* The above issue only started happening a couple days ago afterI accepted an invite to our company's LastPass Teams account. Interestingly, the invite never fully accepted and my account now seems to exist in a sort of "limbo" state between the two.
* While it is not a solution, as long as I don't disturb that specific LastPass browser tab (refreshing, auto-logout, closing window, or restarting browser), it seems to continue working for the time being. Of course, computery stuff happens and I usually have to jumpstart the process again by deleting LastPass cookies and logging back (2-Factor, etc.) in at least a couple times throughout the work day.

* A possibly related issue: the LastPass browser extension settings (autofill, remember passwords, etc) reset to default each time I start the browser again. In other words, all the things I’ve unchecked and saved are checked again so each time I log in I have to go into extension settings to put all those settings back to where I want them. This is another hint that this might be somehow cookie related??? This annoying bug/feature has been happening for quite some time and was not caused by the recent Teams account scenario.

Sorry about this. Have you tried:

* Checking Folder Permissions: Ensure that you have the necessary permissions to access individual items within the shared folder. Sometimes, permissions need to be adjusted by the folder admin OR
* Re-logining to Your Account: Try logging out and then logging back into your LastPass account. This can sometimes refresh your access permissions.

Let me know how it goes.
