Last Pass continues to place an outdated phone # and email address in forms. I have been trying to get it changed for three years.

I apologize for the difficulty with autofill.
I suggest logging directly into your vault at lastpass.com , then selecting the "Addresses" section to view all the autofill options (there are many). From this viewpoint you can manage all the saved autofill items for different categories.
It's also a good habit to clear the LastPass cache if you're still experiencing autofill confusion.
I got to the "Addresses" section. I can't find any autofill options. How do I do that?
Also, I don't know how to clear the LastPass cache.
