How do I fill in the page for manually adding a URL and where can I add a code provided by the website for authorisation?

Welcome to the LastPass Community!

If you want to manually save an item to LastPass you will need to go to Vault > In the bottom right corner, select the red bubble with the + sign > then choose password > it will give you the option to add the URL you want. You can find more here: Add a password in LastPass.

About your other question when you mean a code provided by the website is this a TOTP code? At the moment the option is only available for Teams and Business accounts I apologize. You can find the information about TOTP here:  Create a TOTP for password items in your LastPass vault

Thanks for your email.

I am guessing it's a TOTP code. Once I have initiated the 2FA, the website instruction is to click on a + sign and enter the code they provide. I will try to enter it and see what happens.

It's all rather puzzling.
