From your LastPass vault, go to the top right corner click on your email address
Click on Support center
Top right corner clicks on "Loging to Support"
Then Click on "Contact US"
You will be able to choose the best option for you, A callback request or a Support case.

Hi,
Thank you for your response. I have followed all of your steps however - it appears we don't have access to a support team member, I am unsure if this is related to our account type but we are not looking to upgrade, we simply just want to change our password which surely is available to us through our current account.
The only 'contact us' options are
Please advise how we can get further assistance, it is a matter of urgency.
