When i apply to a job through a company that uses https://www.workday.com/ as its job CRM vendor, when I attempt to save my L/P to LastPass, it over writes the last Workday L/P that I used on a completly different job application. Is there a fix?

To prevent LastPass autofill data that is already store in the vault, use the option Never fill forms specifically for this site (workday)

Here is the information on how to set up these settings Manage Never URLs in Account Settings
