URL Encryption can't be done

Question

I'm willing to get the URL Encryption, but it can't be done properly.

Everytime I log in, the reminder for URL Encryption pops out, I click the "Encrypt" button, it fails by the first time. Then I click "try again", it says the URL Encryption is successful. But next time I log in, the reminder for URL Encryption comes again. It is very annoying, how can I get the URL Encryption done?

Thanks for the reply. I've tried 3 different browsers, msedge, chrome, firefox. Didn't fix.

Besides, I don't see any cancel options, the only thing I could do is to encrypt it. Can you please help me further?

I understand the frustration.

Since the problem began, have you attempted to complete the URL encryption in an alternate web browser?

You can also click the cancel option 3 times to temporarily dismiss the request.
