Family member can't join from invitation

I added my wife as a member and she received the invitation.

When she clicks on the "join" link, it takes her to the LasPass login where it wants an id and master password.

Shouldn't it go to a dialog to join as a family member.

If I sign in with my master password, a message comes up saying I am logged in but the invitation is for my wife.

What am I missing? It shouldn't be this difficult.

I'm sorry to know that you're having trouble trying to add your wife to your Families account. In this case based on the experience that she's getting it sounds like there might be an existing profile under her email and that is why she's being requested to login. I suggest to have her delete the existing profile from her email following the steps on this article: Delete account.

Once the account has been deleted you can invite her again and she should receive an email with an activation code. If you need further assistance please let us know.
