About your issue, the best practice is for you to manually visit the site, keep in mind that LastPass only store the data you have entered in the item, if the URL saved is no longer valid, there's no other way to check via LastPass is the homepage is missing.
Once you confirm the correct URL, feel free to do the update on your store item.
