Hello @tm.ochal,
Thank you for the post.
Per your description, we can assume you are referring to a two-factor authentication step to be able to access the desired account. You need to do the setup within the setting of the website, add the authenticator of choice and scan the QR in the app.
However, take into consideration these codes are not automatically populated by LastPass or the Authenticator. This will be only generate the codes needed.
Please, review the article "Set up push notifications for sites in the LastPass Authenticator app" for further details.
Thank you,

Karol, thank you very much for your response. Although this sounds like a two-factor authentication, I don't think it is as we know it today. This web page login was created back in 2005 before 2FA came into in existence (I think). This is not an APP. This is my retirement community's web page that requires a User ID/Password to access the primary page. When I click on the GOLF option, after logging in, then it requires a PIN. Although the LastPass's red square icon appears in the entry area, there is no info saved in LastPass for this additional entry. I must enter the PIN number manually, each time. I was hoping that when the LastPass icon appears in this field, I could just click on it to have the PIN entered by LastPass.
I hope this makes sense and I'm not asking for something ridiculous. I've gotten so used to LastPass doing everything for me on ALL of my sites, this is the only site I must still enter a field manually.
Thank you again,
Geeps
