I need urgent help to logging, not getting the SMS code and Multi authentication not working

Question

I recently reset my phone, which caused me to lose access to my LastPass account and LastPass authenticator. I have been trying to log in using my master password, but as I don't have access to my phone (everything has been wiped out), I was trying to get an SMS code to my number, but I am not receiving any code. I tried using the Call Me option on my PC, and it's still not working. Can I get help, please?

Also, if I change the master password, will it allow me to log in without the authentication?

It looks like the Customer support team is offline during this weekend. I am sorry to mention you all and highlighting my issue because it's very urgent. I am unable to login my financial service accounts and can't login my work space in Slack which is very important. Just to share, this is a new account from where I'm raising this issue because I can't login into main account. I have also created a case where I shared my email and I'm unable to login on that account. When any of you are IN, please help me to fix it. Thank you very much!
