I just created lastpass account recently. However, I have trouble to login through my home computer. It keep on saying the master password is wrong when I remember it is correct. Even my password hint is saying something that I can confirm password is correct.
Clicking on password recover does not help as it says couldn't recover password and gave me some hints.
So I tried one-time password and it works. I manage to login. Now the problem is, I still need to recover my master password. When I try to change password, it ask to old password which does not work. Trying revert password also does not work as I have never had an old password.
Anyone can help? Or should I just create a new account? I already have some passwords created in the account.
