let me first say, none of this is your fault.
I’M ENRAGED! 1st LastPass aggressively forces customers off all devices but 1--which can happen in a pinch with mobile where there’s NO ABILITY TO EXPORT--and now having tried to export using Firefox, Chrome, and Edge browsers in Win10, i still can’t get an exported CSV. i’ve searched the entire HD for type:csv,and there’s nothing…nothing except about 20 emails that were sent with NO INDICATION OR BROWSER PROMPT OF ANYKIND.
at this point, i plan to leave LastPass, but you’re all holding my passwords hostage. i’ll have to look into the ULA, but at this point, i’m considering contacting my attorney.
please immediately furnish me with my data!
