I am unable to log into LastPass this week. I logged in last week - no problem. I see updates were done on 11/14 -- and that seems to have broke my access? I KNOW my master password is correct (but it tells me it is not). I found somewhere to send me a code via the multi factor authentication - and they send me a code to my phone - which I IMMEDIATELY enter in -- and the computer UI tells me the code has expired (within seconds??) I tried this a couple times.
I'm quite concerned that the LastPass site has been hacked - as things are just not right with providing the proper information and the response from the site does not make sense. Certain pages will come up invalid - like the lastpass/recovery. The site says it will send me an email - it doesn't. They sent the code to the proper phone number - so why doesn't it follow through and work? And they keep taking me in circles. I worked at Microsoft for 23 years - so I'm not a novice with this. Something is wrong here!
I've lost complete trust in LastPass and am immediately going to start changing all of my passwords that were stored in last pass and such and keeping a local copy. Shame on me I guess for trusting my critical info here.
