My name is Hilda, I'll be assisting you with the issue you are experiencing. We understand that you cannot log in to your LastPass account from your mobile device. As of our records, I noticed that LastPass is sending a verification email to you, look for an email to verify your login attempt.
Once you confirm it is you, try to log in again and it should work properly.
If we detect a login attempt from an unidentified location from any new computer, mobile device, or new IP address, we want to verify that it's really you are logging in to access your LastPass vault. To do so, a verification email is sent to the LastPass account email address (or Security email, if you have set one up) that contains a link you can click on to verify that it's you.
