I am sorry about the issues the icon may have caused you. There are multiple different ways to have it disabled depending on how you prefer:

You can disable specific functions of LastPass for specific websites by setting up a Never URL.

You can fully disable specific functions from the extension from the Notifications preferences.

Or, you can turn off this icon while on the website you are having issues with, by following these steps.
