I apologize for the inconvneience this is causing you. I will recommend you to check the login page URL since I have a different URL when going to the sign in page and also verify if that link works for your friend who shared with you. The URL is quite long and the URL mentioned in this questions is smaller.

Once updated the URL to the correct URL for login, everything should be working properly.
