Is there a way for me to set up teams of users, where the indicated manager would be able to see the security score of the employees on their team? I don't want those managers to be able to see other teams, or to reset master passwords.

If you want these admins to only have access to certain users or groups instead of the whole organization then this would not be possible. All admins have access to the security dashboard and by using the policy "Permit super admins to reset master passwords" they will also be able to reset Master Passwords. However, both of these options will apply for all the users on the business account not just a specified group.
