Cannot add new custom item type (custom template)

Greetings,

I'm trying to create a new "custom item type" in LastPass. I've clicked the "add" (+) button to add a new item, then I selected the "new custom item type" button.

I added two text fields and a password field.

When I click "Save", I get an error message: "Error: Unauthorized".

No idea what I'm doing wrong. This is on a new Family trial account, logged in with the master account (which is so far the only account on this Family trial plan).

Suggestions?

Would you be able to attempt to log out and then log back into the vault to see if that fixes this issue?
