Title, my family refuses to use actual passwords so I wan't to make it easier for them with the family account of last pass, but I am afraid that their master password will still be bad. Will it affect my account in any way if they got a bad master password?

Each LastPass Families member has their own account and vault, so if one of them reused an old password for their master password and were compromised, the risk to others in the account would be limited to any shared sites.
One thing you could do is encourage them to use MFA with the LastPass Authenticator app so they have the additional security, but also the convenience of push notification to their mobile so they can approve with a tap. I'm sure others in the community have dealt with this situation, hopefully some will share their experience.
