For clarification, have you tried to log in using the same password outside of LastPass? Is the website generating the same error? If so, please, ask your boss to update it accordingly. If not, we can assist by clearing items on both of the LastPass account, for that you need to create a ticket with tech support for us to work on them.

Hi thank you for your response! But how do I create a ticket with tech support? It only shows either to make a post here or a billing case.
