Hi Henry. I followed the steps you sent me, but I still can't access the folder. Before It showed their was a folder shared with me, but not it doesn't show that at all.

I am sorry about the issues you are having with your account. Can you please follow the steps from this article to generate the Sharing Keys for your account and then log out and log in? If you can't see the item after that, please ask your employer to revoke the share and share it again.

Hello Team LastPass ... same missing private key issue on my end.
Not sure if it's related, but my initial Lastpass setup (private/public key generation) was on a different instance of Windows (it was reinstalled after LP setup).
Regardless, it would appear that I have created a sharing key as I am not presented that option in the Advanced Options section of my profile.
What do I need to have our office (the person who has "Shared with Me" do so that I can receive shared passwords?
Please advise.
