Unable to log in due to new phone

Hi LastPass community,

I lost access to my phone number, and changed my phone. As such, I cannot log in to my old lastpass account because I do not have 2FA. I tried multiple options (link ) which has a non-functional Request help logging in andhave already looked through the forums but it seems like there is no other way.

Can I get some help with this? I have reached out to multiple supports but they do not respond.

I have the same situation, please any help from support?

In my case, I traveled abroad, so SMS is not working here due to network restrictions between countries:

After my cellphone crashed I had to hard reset it and now 2FA is needed to log in.

Can we verify by email or update my phone number?
