Active device type refers to the class of devices you’ve chosen to accessLastPass– eitherComputerorMobile. You can switch your device type up to 3 times before your final device type is designated, since your account already have used, your final device type has been designated, however as a one time exception we have addedd 1 extra switch to your accoun so you can change your device type one last time.

try logging on via there website and controlling it from there, the software on Android does not work very well
