My Master Password is not being accepted

first i'm sorry for my bad english 😄

After many years using Last Pass with no problem, here is the big one. Last Past extension or application or website said i have a wrong password but im 99% sure I have the good one. Anyway I tried to change my master password. The process went well but same problem : wrong password.

I dont know what to do, can you please help me ?

I reviewed your account and what I see is:

• You were sent some email verifications to confirm it was you signing into the account
• You changed your Master Password successfully
• You have not entered the new Master Password correctly after changing it

The Master Password is case sensitive, most likely one or more characters that you are entering do not match what was entered when you created the new Master Password. You can keep trying to sign in until you enter it correctly, or you can revert your account back to the previous Master Password. Just be sure to keep an eye out for any verification emails in case you need to verify it is you.
