On your mobile device you can open the LastPass app, click on "having trouble login in" and follow those steps to recover your master password as well.
If the account recovery fails you can also revert to your previous master password (you changed it within the last 45 days) by following the steps outlined on the link below:

I'm sorry, if you went through the reversion process already, then there will be no other recovery path available.
Recovery passwords are created when you log in successfully with the correct credentials, and this data is stored within the device's local cache.
If you cannot recall the correct password with the 'hint' that you created initially, then you may reset the entire account by following these directions.
