Favorites are gone from dropdown, despite having 11 favorites in the vault.

Question

Something indicates that I've lost data.  Could it be due to deleting all cookies?  I no longer have any Favorites in the browser dropdown list.  I had a difficult time recently getting logged back in after deleting cookies.  I've even had to reset Google Chrome, which is my default browser and where I access LastPass.

Thank you for your response.  I'm sure my OS has become unstable.  When I reboot, I get the Repair Screen but am able to get back into Windows.  Once I did this, LastPass had recovered.  I've got a bit of work to do to clean this mess up.

You might try syncing your LastPass account to see if the Favorites return.

I would also log directly into lastpass.com to see if the same sites are currently marked with a 'star' as a favorite site.
