Unable to login to LastPass

I sign in regularly and sometimes get this message: "To continue: Check your inbox for an email from LastPass: [my email address listed]. Review your login info and try again"

I cannot login to my email since the password is saved in my vault.

It's totally not letting me in now though after about 24 hours.

I'm definitely typing in the correct password so that's not the issue. It just decides to not let me login for an undisclosed reason.

I will need to get to the LastPass vault in order to login to anything at all.

It's been 72 hours and I still have the same issue.

I have no other backups or security methods like 2FA setup for this.

I tried clearing browser data but same issue.

Not using VPN and on the same internet connection.

I require access to my password vault in order to login to anything.
