I apologize for the inconvenience . I think that the account settings options got changed, check the account settings and verify it will say 2 weeks to auto-log off. You can check more here: https://support.lastpass.com/s/document-item?language=en_US&bundleId=lastpass&topicId=LastPass/Automatic_Logoff.html&_LANG=enus. If the issue persists you can try the following:
Note: Before making any of these steps, please make sure you know your master password!
1. Clearthe LastPass cacheandrefresh sitesfrom the LastPass extension, log out
2. Proceed touninstall the LastPass extension, and clear cache and cookies (all time) on the browser
3. Close completely and reopen the browser,install the extension again, log back in, and verify if the issue persists

I'm having this same issue - I use LastPass to log in nearly every day, and multiple times per week I'm required to re-log in. I do not have either of the 'log out' settings under security selected. This is knew within the past few months, and only started after I briefly tried using the passwordless option
@briantopps Can you please try re-installing the LastPass browser app to see if this has any effect on the trusted state?
