Is there a way to create a list of the most frequently used passwords>? I would like to print it and keep in a safe as a just in case something happens to me and my wife has difficulty figuring how to access LastPass.

While there isn't a way to create a list of yourmost frequently used passwords, you can export your LastPass account data (which contains all of the saved credentials in the LastPass account) as a .csv file, then open that .csv file in a program like Excel and print that exported data:https://support.logmeininc.com/lastpass/help/how-do-i-nbsp-export-stored-data-from-lastpass-using-a-generic-csv-file
