How do I install the Safari Extension with LastPass 4.4.0?

I recently noticed that I had 2 versions of LastPass installed, and deleted the old version, and now only have 4.4.0 installed from the App Store. But where's the Safari Extension? It disappeared with the old version and, despite several reinstalls of LastPass with Safari closed I get no extension and can't find how to install it. How do I fix it?

The version of the LastPass app from the App store is outdated and no longer updated, you will need to delete that version of the LastPass app from your computer and install the LastPass Mac app from our Downloads pagehere:https://lastpass.com/download/

The LastPass mac app from the Downloads page linked above includes the Safari extension with the app.
