Trying to add driver’s license info to LastPass.
LastPass replies, “Incorrect Info / Please supply a name.” My name is entered.Don’t know where to go from here.
No matter what I try to add (driver’s license, bank account, etc.), using LastPass for iOS and following the instructions supplied by LastPass, when I tell LastPass to “Save” the new item, a window pops up, “Incorrect info/ Please supply a name.” Device #1: iPhone SE (1st version), iOS 15.8. Device #2: iPad 6, iOS 17.3.1.
For desktop LastPass, I’ve found where to add payment cards and bank accounts but not driver license. Where might that be hidden?

I am sorry about the issues you are having with saving your data into LastPass. I was unable to reproduce the error you are getting. Please make sure to Name the item where indicated on my screenshot below:
If the error is shown even if both Name fields are filled. Please follow the steps from this article.
If none of this solves your issue, please submit a support case to further look into this.

I have the same problem.
I had the same problem, but figured out what it was wanting. I was using my iPhone and in the upper-left-hand corner there is a car icon. The field to the right of it doesn't look like something that you would type into, but it is. It is not wanting your actual name, it's wanting you to name the new entry you're creating, like "Betty's DL#" or whatever you would call that note that you're saving. The DL form doesn't require you to fill in every blank either. It just wants you to name the whole thing something in that very top field by the little car. :-D Hope that gets you over your hiccup.
