Is it possible for LogMeIn to follow an order to delete an account in accordance with a will or other legal document? Or, alternatively, what options are available to initiate a deletion of all account information upon a user's death?
@Durn1993 We do not currently have an automatic process when that happens. If you have access to the user's email address then you can request the deletion very easily here: https://support.lastpass.com/help/delete-your-lastpass-account-lp010012
Rest assured we do not directly have access to any user's password Vault ourselves, so even if nothing happens to the account, all data would remain secure.
