You don't need to confirm the old email address to update to a new one, but you do need to enter the confirmation code sent by LastPass to the new inbox.
Please follow all of these instructions if you are able to log into your LastPass account currently.
If you are receiving the message to check your inbox or login credentials, but do not have the ability to access the login email address, you may use the 'Request Help' button on one of the main recovery articles. You will however need to provide an email we can contact you at, and also some personal data to identify yourself as the account holder.
I have the same issue. Except I can't login all the way because I think it's sending an email verification to my closed email. Any takers?
I have the same issue, the skiff email service has shut down
thus I need to change my email address (log in email address) from skiff to gmail account
I have my master password and my phone number to validate that its me
they NEED TO re-prompt master password AND/OR get a text message for validation so I am able to change my email address, this is ridiculous!!
Im a sure a lot of people are having issues with the SKIFF email service shutting down on them
same problem with me, I sent theme message so that they can resolve the issue as soon as possible
Problem:
please help us change our email address by verifying us in other ways when changing the email login because the email address we proved, that company DOES NOT EXIST ANYMORE (in my case skiff email service).
Solution:
I have my phone linked with your account and I have my master password, so verify me with one of those
AND/OR
Give us the ability to add another email address so we can import/export passwords or what whoever else we need to do
