For the 3rd time in three weeks I've had to change my master password because LastPass fails to remember the password change and old ones don't work. Worse still, I cannot then contact support, even though I'm one a premium subscription, because I can't login.
I've tried going through sales but that leads to a dead end. LastPass should really consider reviewing their support processes, used to be a great product but the recent Trust Pilot reviews speak for themselves.
