I have been using LP for years. Yesterday, I mistakenly clicked on Decline in the annoying pop-up about allowing you to collect my data. LP icon instantly disappeared. Uninstall/reinstall both Firefox and LP, still no icon

Some instructions say to drag an icon "from the menu" up to the toolbar. When I go into Add-ons and see the enabled LP there, there's nothing that I can drag to the FF toolbar.

I finally found the answer: First I had to uncheck 'Never remember history'  in FF settings. Then, right-clicking on the Extensions icon in the toolbar showed my two installed extensions, allowing me to drag each to the toolbar.
