LastPass for Safari completely broken

For quite some time Last Pass for Safari has been semi broken on my MacBook. Every day I've had to disable then enable the LastPass extension to get the extension to work and this fix only lasts a few hours. Tonight when I disabled the extension and enabled it again the extension now says my vault is empty (it is not). It did show the correct email address but could not find my vault. I uninstalled LastPass for Safari and reinstalled it and now when I click the extension it is just stuck with a spinning vault icon. Nothing works at all. Any suggestions?

Could you please clean your internet browser (cookies and cache), log in to your LastPass account again, and try to replicate the issue?

In case you are still getting the same scenario, please remove the LastPass extension from your internet browser, and in case you have any other extension installed, please try to turn them off. Once that is done, clean your internet browser again, reinstall the LastPass extension, and try again.
