I am trying to update my password, however, it is not updating and reverting back to the last password. Why is this occurring?

1. Make sure your new password is nothing like the last one
2. Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies before the next attempt
3. Try using a private browsing window or alternate web browser to update the login credentials
