I've cleared this purchase avenue so that you may now purchase directly through lastpass.com.
I can confirm this works.
This is also the most brain-dead idiotic reason to prevent a user from renewing. I regret that I am not able to adequately display my contempt for such an idiotic process here within this text box.
I would like to know why this barrier exists, given that the user is accessing the same account using the same username and password. That account does in fact share all of the same settings across devices. So justify this completely asinine design decision please.
I'm sorry the two billing systems are not as compatible as we'd like, and are working to make the transition easier in the future.
Help! I'd love to give Last Pass my money and renew my Premium account but every link - included the one sent to me encouraging me with a discount to upgrade...which I've been trying to do for weeks - is broken. Who can fix this?
