Why the heck do I get ads for discounts that as an existing customer I don't have access to?

This is straight feed back for the company:

I really don't mind that y'all have a discount for new customers. But you also know that my account has already purchased premium in the past - WHICH MEANS YOU SHOULD NOT BE PAYING TO ADVERTISE TO ME.

Please, save yourself some money, and save me some time by no longer advertising premium discounts to accounts that can't use them to begin with. Get rid of the pop ups on login too

My subscription ended 18/03/2025, with makes me an expired subscriber, but I also can not renew with the offer price.

I am sorry for the oversight on our part.  Those advertisements should only appear for trials, expired subscribers and new customers.

I'll have our marketing team review the current promotional settings to confirm this is working as intended.
