I just discovered this issue also. In the past I have spoken with agents several times. Now it seems this is not possible. If this is the case I will probably move to another provider that has agents you can contact.
100% agree. I add new users as an admin, they get the email to activate, then it asks them to log in before a password is set up. I have users that now refuse to use the software due to frustration with the set up. And where is the support besides the people in the community? Thanks for the reply...glad im not just missing something.
Update ...Was able to submit a case. Also saw a form to get a callback. Under "Contact Us" I could swear it was not there the first few times I looked?????
Unfortunately, same issue here. Tried clearing cache etc with no luck. My SUBMIT button is nowhere to be found, and the CALL ME shows "invalid phone number"
I totally agree... I am to the point of considering other PWMs. It must be that they are so short handed that thay must put road brocks in the way to prevent too many phone calls. I have summited four request for the same issue and they do call back but we have not been unable to connect . I get busy with other concerns and do not pick up quickly enough. At thsi point it would be really nice to just make a return phone call to tallk to a real live agent.
Time to move on, Perhaps to Bitwarden??
