I am super admin for our business account and I regularly open users and select Reset Master Password option under their name when needed. I clicked on a user today and that option is not available for just this one user. When clicking on all my other users, that option is available. Why would this option not be available for just this one user? The difference with this user compared to others is that it has been over 1 year since she accessed her account. Would that have something to do with it?
