How to get last pass to work on my new computer

Question

I had last pass set up on my old computer. Purchased a new one . Logged into my Lastpass and I can see all my passwords but when I'm in the new areas that I'm trying to log in Lastpass doesn't come up and fill in the information like it used to , how do I get it working on my new computer?
