Hello there ladies and gentlemen,
please help me, I'm totally desperate.
I'm using the LastPass-App on my iPhone.
When I created the account I used my e-mail adress XXX.
Unfortunately I had to delete this e-mail adress because it was taken over by hackers.
So the e-mail adress XXXdoesn't exist any more.
I'm using YYY now.
Now I'd like to change my e-mail adress in my LastPass Account, but when I tryto log in by using Face ID orMaster-Password it says I have to look out to an e-mail from LastPass sent to XXX ... but I can't do this because it doesn't exist any more.
If I want to get help from support they want me to log in to my account... but that's exactly my problem.
Please help me, what can I do?
I'm afraid of loosing all my passwords in my LastPass account, that would be awful.
I have everything... Face-ID, MasterPassword etc. the only thing I don't have is access to the no longer existing e-mail account.
Please reach out to me, so I can get in contact to the support team and we can find a way out of this depressing situation.
