I logged into Lastpass hour ago, all my passwords were there. I log in now and they are all gone and I appear to be a new user. Passwords there earlier today, not an hour later. Nothing in deleted items, my son states he can see the passwords shared.

I found the issue...for me anyway.

I checked & it worked in Chrome but still didn't work in Firefox.

I looked through the saved Cookies & found 1 from LastPass.

I deleted that & restarted Firefox & LastPass is working again.

In advance we want to apologize for the issue with your browse extension, I will suggest following the steps below to resolve this behavior:

Make a single click over your LastPass extension Icon in your browser
Go to the bottom right corner click on "Account"
Click on "Fix a Problem Yourself"
Click on "Clear Local Data"
This process should close your session automatically, please log back in and try to launch any of the sites from your vault.

In case the behavior still shows up, please clean your internet browser (Cookies and cache) log in to your LastPass account again, and try to replicate the issue once again.

I have the same issue today 7/2/2025.

I followed your instructions above & they did not work.

I found the issue...for me anyway.
