I am a paid user and am 80 years old and my son in law is the tech expert.. He also does not know why the account has been deleted as this should not happen.
Please assist and advise if you can recover my acccount

I don't understand why my account was deleted, but hoping the investigation team will be able to resolved this issue ASAP as at the moment I cannot get into any of my accounts...

@glenelg.brown44 The email you received would have been triggered after 1+ year of Free LastPass service, AND not logging in at any time during that period. The email gives you a 30 day heads up of the deletion event in case you're still using the services.
If the deletion event took place less than 30 days ago, then we can still reverse the change. After that, all data is permanently erased.
