My OS is unsupported.
anyway, I did fix it with the help of Reddit:
1. Open Firefox settings (upper right corner click the 3 lines then click settings)
2. In settings in the left side click: Privacy and Security
3. Scroll down and look for: cookies and site data
4. Click manage data and search LastPass.com in the list
5. Select LastPass.com click remove selected >> save changes >> remove.
6. Click the LastPass extension icon in the upper right corner, then click account >> fix a problem yourself >> click refresh vault and clear local data.
7. Log back in >> open vault and check if problem continues

I noticed this on 9/5/24 as well and still not working today.
I'm having the same problem, and it seems to be because I'm using the Firefox browser. I can open the account successfully using Google Chrome. I've asked this community how to get in via Firefox, but no one has replied yet!

This work-around has been posted elsewhere in a similar discussion.....
Go to the older versions page for lastpass in Firefox: (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-GB/firefox/addon/lastpass-password-manager/versions/) install the one called 'Version 4.127.0.1' and make sure you have 'Allow automatic updates' turned off for LastPass for now (in the Firefox Add onsand themes) -and check it again in a couple of weeks (turn on the auto updates and see if it still fails to load). See pix attached showing the two key screens
Can confirm this resolved the issue for me.
Core functionality still not fixed for over a week? It might be time to switch to another service 🙄

Thanks, friend. Yes, this has worked for me too, although doesn't satisfy as a permanent fix. Is it on Lastpass to fix it or Firefox? You'd think they'd be onto it by now. How do we make our case? Are they listening to all these complaints?
Installing that version of the add-on didn't fix the problem for me. Could we get an ETA on a fix, please?

I am using facing the same problem while using firefox.
After successful login, the window for the lastpass vault remains empty. I can only access individual entries via the search. Is this perhaps an additional safety aspect? So far, I have come to terms with the lower level of comfort and have refrained from trying rool-back.

I continue to have the same problem. Can't somone just explain what's causing the problem and what's being doen to correct it? It's the lack of information that's frustrating.
Same issue for me, blank vault page after logging in. I actually had it working yesterday after restarting firefox. But now today its back to not working and restarting firefox didn't help.

Ah, looks like after downgrading to 4.127.0.1 as mentioned works. Though I had to restart firefox after installing the old version to get it to work.
Still not working for me. I would like to add a detail: "mini vault" that opens when you click the plugin icon has at least enough functionality to lookup, copy, add, etc from the vault. I can even open up the full editing menu for an individual password record, but I cannot open the vault. This s**ks (why can't you say s**ks???!??!) at the moment, because I'm trying to add an SSH key, which doesn't seem to work in the applet or whatever you call the plugin menu that opens as described above.

I don't understand? My vault doesn't open in Firefox either, but I have the standalone LastPass app on my computer, and that works fine. If you want to export your passwords, why not do it from the computer app?
I can’t even get into my vault to export my passwords to a different manager. This is bogus! I’ve been a customer for years and I’m out of patience. I’m moving over to bitwarden

The video above doesn't seem to have any sound. I'm not interested in clearing all my site data by following the "7-step process from Reddit". I rolled back the version as stated above and turned off auto-update, and this issue seems to be resolved.
I'll be checking future update release notes to see if LastPass addresses the problem before I move to a newer version.
