Complicated password sharing issue

I have a son who is also my coworker at our company. Both of us use LastPass through our employer. Additionally, I have a personal LastPass account that is linked to my business account. My wife and my other son are part of my LastPass Family account.

I'm running into difficulties sharing certain passwords easily between my coworker son and the rest of my family. Ideally, I’d like to place these passwords in a shared folder accessible to both my son at work and my family members, but I haven’t been able to figure out how to do that.

Does anyone have advice on how to handle sharing in a situation like this? I don’t like having to create duplicate entries—one shared with my son via our business setup, and another shared with my family in a separate folder.

Any help would be appreciated!

I believe that the best option is to create the folder through your business account and since you can share to up to 5 persons outside the business you can add your son and your family members keeping it as part of the folders for both personal and business account.
