While we're not able to resolve billing/refund requests here, you can request help from Customer Support to reverse a recent renewal.
I have been a paying member for two days and I am done with this company. How do I request a refund? Please advise. Thank you.

While generally refunds are not able to be processed per the information provided above, if you did just recently purchase a LastPass subscription you can contact our billing team to request a refund. their app is awful...it barely fills in passwords and is so buggy
Do they require prepay and issue no refund cause they know everyone will cancel and that's the only way they can make money is to steal is from people that won't use their awful service?

In the first screenshot you posted there is a Cancel link, you will want to click Cancel to cancel your LastPass auto-renewal. i'm trying to contact billing support for a refund after 1 day of renwal but can't find email to send them , and my country is not listed in calling system

@gary0451 @xAstroBoy I'm sorry we cannot handle billing requests through this Community. Please follow the instructions noted on this thread for cancelling the subscription first, then you can reach out to Customer Support through the support site to request the refund.
I just tried LastPass and i do not like how it works and how the entire mechanism is based off, i want a refund.
