Cannot log in to my account, cannot get support and some emails don't arrive

Hey Everyone!

I encountered this issue recently and I don't know how to move forward, or what I'm supposed to do to log in to my account using the Chrome extension.The steps I took:

1. Enter email and pw in Chrome extension login2. I cannot log in and a notification appears that an email was sent to my address for verification purpose. The email never arrives!

3. I tried using the Forgot pw option, I get the hint, but I still cannot log in with the pw.

4. I tried Account Recovery. I entered my email address and get the recovery email from LastPass. When I click on the recovery link, it forwards me to a page where a note says that the link has expired already. I just received it... So no recovery for me.

5. I want to contact support, of course I cannot log in so that's not an option.

6. I found a page on the support site where there is a red button called "Request help logging in". I click on the button and and submit my email address for the next steps. The email never arrives!

At the moment, I don't see any option to get help, recover my account or log in.Can you please help me?

Hi,

I'm sorry the login message is not more clear. It can indicate an incorrect password or a new device/location is detected. If you've checked your login email or security email address for notifications from@lastpass.com @sendgrid.com @m.lastpass.com @t.lastpass.com , then you may be entering an incorrect password.

Hello all,

I can only agree with the thread creator - I have the same problem.

My email address from master access has changed. I changed this over five years ago, but the website tells me that I mistyped this email address.

If I enter the new one when sending a password, it says that one was sent to the new address, but it doesn't arrive.

Please help me too as I don't know how to get my data.
